The Purchasing/Materials Management Department plays an integral role in ensuring departments and patients at BVRMC have the supplies they need in a timely fashion. We take great pride in providing excellent service to our customers by filling orders and responding to calls in an efficient manner, maintaining an accurate inventory, and keeping high usage product in-stock. On average, we fill 2,500-3,000 restock order lines each month, which equates to around 30,000 lines per year. We average a fill rate above 99.6%. Purchasing’s hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
