The Nutrition Services staff is dedicated to providing great service to internal and external customers. A wide variety of selections are offered in the Bistro. They also assist with internal catering as requested. The department is staffed 13 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are responsible for providing daily grocery items to various departments such as Surgery/Endoscopy, Hope Harbor, Med-Surg, OB, etc. We are also a food partner of the Bridge, contributing food items which serve the Storm Lake area. Bistro offers a variety of meal choices at reasonable prices. BVRMC employees receive discounted meals.
