
The HR Department is available to assist employees who may be looking for a new career within BVRMC, and assist managers with recruitment for positions that are open. They also assist with peer interview education, perform 30 day meetings, answer benefit questions, assist managers with evaluations and wage adjustments, and maintain the hospital wide compensation system. They are responsible for keeping current with federal and state labor laws and assist with workmans compensation questions. HR processes over 1100 applications each year.
